  • WE PRINT

    • After your GANG SHEET order is placed, we will make sure all artworks are ok to print. Your DTF transfers will ship out in a roll.
    • If you order is submitted by 11:59 AM EST, we will process it same day.
    • $24.99 Rush fee for orders submitted after deadline for same day printing.
  • YOU PRESS

    Once you received the gang sheet, cut each artwork and press your DTF transfer onto the garment using a Heat Press or iron.

Q&A's

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders a ship out 1-3 days after all artwork is approved and/or optimized. Evibes will reach out to the client to inform them of the issues and request for better quality images, like pixelation, ghost images, etc. The DTF transfers will then be printed and shipped out within 3 days of receiving updated graphics.

Can I make a return?

To return an Evibes DTF Transfer Order:

1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at support@shopevibes.com and request an RMA number.

2. Let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return, photos of the defective product and the reason you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

NOTE: Evibes Digital Marketing & Prints' responsibility ends when the transfers are delivered to the carrier. Evibes Digital Marketing & Prints IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING OR REPRINTING ORDERS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR DELIVERED LATE BY THE CARRIER (UPS/USPS OR FED-EX).  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

What reason are and are not accepted when returning a DTF Transfer?

What can be returned: 
Clients can return defective transfers. Defective transfers include those that do not adhere to fabric, crack in one to two washes, and those that are misprinted. 

What cannot be returned/reprinted: 
1. DTF Transfers that have color shifts due to print files submitted.

2. Pixelated prints that result from poor graphics submitted by the client.

3. Prints with grammatical/design errors made by designer.

4. Prints with a white outline/halo resulting from semitransparent pixels in original artwork.

5. Transfers that are damaged by the courier.6. Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images and other irregularities that were submitted or approved by the client for printing.
